Sometimes i find myself thinking i live my whole in a juxtaposition. I am a mountaineer whom loves winter among the snow and ice, yet the fleeting beauty of Alpine flora draws me toward summer. I am a surfer whom loves to live among the oceans waves yet the mountains call me near. I am a botanist whom loves to walk ever so slowly peering into the underbrush to discover tiny unseen flowers, yet i love to fly along the mountain bike tracks. I am a rock climber who can’t climb without a camera, in the hope of a rare flower species showing its face among the cliffs. I love solitude among the sounds of the earth. I am a mother and hold my children dear to my heart, full of love laughter and life.
